The following modes of payments:-

Visa / Master Debit cards / Net Banking / Direct Debit payments from selected banks in India. A full bank list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases. All you need to do is add the product in your “Shopping Cart” and proceed to checkout. Other Payment options are Paytm Wallet & western union.We also accept payment via "Cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it. As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard you will required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (see reverse of the card) on the banks payment gateway so chosen by you, when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code that usually appears on the front of the card.

You will not be charged for any foreign currency conversion. Q, What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring your Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

Q, Does any credit card information is stored with Orroi Fashion?

No, we assure our customers that no credit card information is stored with  Orroi Fashion in any manner.

Q, Do you also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery options?

Yes, buyers can also choose to opt cash on delivery option for making payment, but COD facility is provided for those items only that are available to be sold with Cash on Delivery payment option. Cash on Delivery option is not available for the items that will cross our COD limit. Adding to this, the pin code of customer’s delivery address requires being a part of the List of Cash on Delivery supported pin codes. The courier company reaches out the buyers to confirm the delivery date as well as time. The Customer is asked to be available to receive the items at the mentioned time of delivery along with the amount in cash to pay for the purchased item. The customers are requested not to open the package before giving the due transaction amount to the courier officer.

Octroi Charges may also be applicable in many different territories of India and if applicable, it will also be paid by the buyers only to the courier person. These additional charges completely depend on the pin code list of the city as per the rules and regulations of the government. The Logistics Agency will give buyers the receipt of Octroi that will be issued by the concerned Government agency.

Alternatively the safest transaction buyers are suggested to pay through Net banking, online bank transfer, Credit card or Debit card.

Whether buyers make payment through credit/debit card or cash, money doesn't go to the sellers’ account until the ordered item is delivered to the recipients decently. Since  Orroi Fashion follow a very customer friendly return policy, buyers don't have to worry at all regarding the quality of the items or payment.
